Description

"Welcome to Riesling Retreat, this is a brand new suite offering luxurious accommodation in a beautiful west coast setting of Vancouver Island. The suite is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the amenities you will find in your home. You will find a gas BBQ on the balcony. You can relax in front of the gas fireplace in the evening with your favorite beverage and watch TV or listen to your music blue toothed to the sound bar.

The marina is only a five minute walk from the cottage if you are going fishing or just want to enjoy the views and the marina restaurant. Tomi’s HomeCooking is just accross the street and The Coastal Kitchen Café and The Renfrew Pub and Bridgeman down at the marina are only 10 minute walk away if you get tired of your own cooking.

There is a General store where you can purchase beer, wine, spirits and of course select groceries located about 1km from the cottage on Parkinson Road. It’s a good idea though to stock up on groceries on your way to Port Renfrew in Sooke or Cowichan Lake if you are travelling from the other direction.

The Pacific Gateway Marina is a 5 min walk where you can go fishing for world class salmon and halibut. Enjoy a hike/walk through are exceptional Pacific Northwest Rain forest or beautiful beaches perfect for a swim, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling, or scuba diving. Go storm watching at Botanical Beach and/or enjoy the abundant wildlife and the magnificent forest of Avatar Grove, a photographer's dream."
